 Methodology

 Note 1: Although Phaeocystis antarctica colonial cells fall in the nano-size
        (2-20 micron) phytoplankton, they are part of colonies ranging from
        10 to 200 microns.   
 
 Note 2: Diatoms, dinoflagellates and ciliates range in size from 2-200 microns.
 Note 3: In the parameter names listed below, gt2 indicates that cells were
         in the nano-size phytoplankton range, greater than 2 microns.
