Subject: Tenure-Track Faculty Position in Reef Coral Biology (Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Full Professor)

The Division of Marine Biology and Fisheries (MBF) is seeking to fill a tenure-track position in the field of reef-coral biology. Academic rank is open, and salary as well as benefits are negotiable. Candidates with expertise in areas of coral science including, but not limited to, genomics, physiology, coral diseases or community/ecosystem ecology are encouraged to apply. Candidates should have a Ph.D. degree, outstanding postdoctoral research accomplishments, and the ability to conduct an independent and vigorous research program. Commitment to the establishment of an externally funded research program as well as excellence in graduate teaching and supervision of graduate students are essential. Opportunities exist at the Rosenstiel School to participate in interdisciplinary research programs with investigators in MBF (http://www.rsmas.miami.edu/divs/mbf/) and other Divisions as described at http://www.rsmas.miami.edu/research.html.
