Subject: Two announcements: NOAA GCC FRN and change of our e-mail name list

We have changing  the name of this e-mail list from usjgofs-all@whoi.edu to ocb-all@whoi.edu to reflect the end of the U.S. JGOFS office funding and our funding for this year for Ocean Carbon Biogeochemistry. Also we are no longer assigning U.S. JGOFS contribution numbers. Thank you for your cooperation over the years!
