Subject: POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCHER

The Institute of Marine Geology and Chemistry at Sun Yat-sen University invites applications for a full-time, fixed term (renewed annually up to three years), Research Associate (Postdoctoral) position. The successful candidate will work with Prof. Chen-Tung Arthur Chen on the biogeochemistry of carbon and nutrients in the oceans, lakes and groundwater. Qualifications: Ph.D. in chemical oceanography or a related field; demonstrated ability to achieve and publish scientific results and; proficiency in written and spoken English. Salary: about $23000 US for the first year (On-campus dormitory available, but not guaranteed).
