Subject: From Scott Doney re: message for summer OCCC/OCB ocean carbon workshop participants

Dear all,

A quick update on the summer OCCC/OCB ocean carbon summer workshop in Woods Hole. We are confident now that we have secured funding for the workshop from the NSF. The funding will support all of the local logistics (hotel, food at meeting etc.) as well as some limited travel support for the meeting speakers.

We are compiling the workshop agenda; if you are interested in giving a plenary talk or presenting a poster, please send a title to Mary Zawoysky ( mzawoysky@whoi.edu ) as soon as possible (if you have not already done so).

Also, we are developing a web page for registration and should have that up in a week or so. We will send another message when the meeting web site is up. It will be linked in at http://ocb.whoi.edu/workshops.html when it goes live.
