Announcements Greetings from the U.S. JGOFS Planning and Data Management Office- We are pleased to alert you to a Meeting Report in the October 7 issue of AGU's weekly EOS publication (vol. 84, no. 40, pg. 413). The article, written by D. Steinberg, H. Ducklow, K. Buesseler and M. Bowles, recaps some of the highlights of our final JGOFS Open Science Conference "A Sea of Change: JGOFS Accomplishments and the Future of Ocean Biogeochemistry" held May 5-8 in Washington D.C. I hope those who attended as well as those who did not, enjoy reading this summary of the events and science highlights from this highly successful conference.
