Strategy (SP & IS) is now complete. Written by over 30 scientists,
the Plan outlines the scientific scope of SOLAS and the major issues
that need to be resolved over the next 10 years of physical and
biogeochemical research into the ocean-atmosphere system. It provides
a starting point for the implementation of this science and is intended
to act as a jumping off point for the work of the SOLAS Implementation
Groups. The document can be downloaded from http://www.uea.ac.uk/env/solas/SPIS/SPIS1.html
The Plan is currently being printed and SOLAS will provide a free
