Subject: Postdoc in Marine Ecology/ Ocean Biogeochemistry

A postdoctoral position is available in the Ocean Biogeochemistry Lab of the Department of Geophysics at Stanford University. The lab uses a combination of laboratory, remote sensing, and numerical modeling techniques to study various aspects of marine ecology/biogeochemistry in polar regions. Applicants already having experience with one at least of these research approaches will be most desirable. The successful applicant will have full access to the diverse set of research tools available within the lab and will be afforded considerable input and flexibility regarding the specific research topic to be addressed. Salary range is $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits.
