Sampling Methodology
 
NOTE:           The Arabian Sea samples were preserved with 0.33% 
                paraformaldehyde vs. ~1% for EQPAC.  Flow cytometry counts 
                were corrected based on counting efficiencies of beads vs. 
                E. coli for EQPAC.
