Global Change Research

The Committee on Major U.S. Oceanographic Research Programs, formed in June of 1996 by the National Research Council (NRC) to foster coordination among the large ocean programs and to examine their role in ocean research, is gathering input from researchers and SSC members, past and present on a questionnaire published at their Web site.
