Synthesis and Modeling Project Results

Data Directory

The collection of data sets and model results included in this report, reflects the main objective of the U.S. JGOFS Synthesis and Modeling Project (SMP), which was to synthesize knowledge gained from the U.S. JGOFS and related studies into models that reflected our understanding of the ocean carbon cycle and its associated uncertainties.  All data and results published in the Final Data Report were originally published online as part of the U.S. JGOFS Synthesis & Modeling Project Data Collection and may still be available from http://usjgofs.whoi.edu/mzweb/syndata.html

All results included in this report are netCDF (network Common Data Form) format files.

Clicking on the blue information icon in column one, 'Project Title', will display a brief project description, usually the original proposal abstract. Clicking on the blue information icon in column three, 'Product', will display a page describing the data gathered and results generated by this project and submitted to the DMO as a contribution to the final U.S. JGOFS data collection.
