REMARKS:  CONTINUING UNDERWAY FROM PORT LYTTELTON, NZ, TO THE ROSS SEA
FOR JGOFS PROCESS I (NBP96-4A). DURING A SHORT RESPITE FROM HEAVY WEATHER

DURING WHICH THE BACK DECK WAS SECURED, MORE HIGH SEAS WERE ENCOUNTERED.
THERE WAS NO ADDITIONAL DAMAGE. THE CONTENTS OF THE MLML VAN WERE REMOVED

AND BROUGHT INTO THE SHIP.
