Robert Bidigare NBP96-4a Methodology notesA comparison of the TURNER-determined chlorophyll a concentrations with the HPLC-determined TCHLA concentrations (monovinyl chlorophyll a + monovinyl chlorophyllide a; units = ng Chl a equivalents/L) was performed for Ross Process Cruise I (NBP9604). A good agreement between these two methods was observed (see below).
